Company Mercedes-Benz has released in memory of a victory over races Mille Miglia in 1955 of racer-legend Shtirlinga Moss which participated on Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR, an exclusive variant of model SLR 722 where number 722 in the name is time of then start of races - 07:22.
The company intends to release only such 150 models where the price of one such "toy" in the European market for 20 000 euros will be more expensive than the price of a usual variant.
Exclusive version 722 makes SLR by even more ultra-sports and certainly faster. Modified 5,5-liter V8 compressor engine and the changed system of air cooling bring together all 650 horsepowers for a place 626 serial. It allows to be dispersed up to "weave" all for 3,6 seconds and to have the maximal speed up to 337 km/h.
To stabilize dynamics SLR 722 helps the special sports chassis which reduces a road gleam by 10 mm together with special high-efficiency brake system.
Optical output SLR 722 is strongly emphasized due to the modified face-to-face bumper and diffuser of tail part. Besides "a beautiful output" all details of aerodynamic dodger should cares as well of more optimum aerodynamic qualities, making SLR 722 "invisible" to air streams.
Internal space SLR 722 has received furnish of some elements in the form of application from carbon. Also here it is necessary to note sports sitting fitted alcantara and a sports leather rudder.
